Our Return Promise
We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery for most items. All returned items must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all the information we need to process your request quickly.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please note: Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to:

Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refund Processing
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Processing
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Footwear that shows signs of wear or has been used outdoors
- Opened food or cooking items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD
- Processing times may be slightly longer for international returns
