Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Note for International Customers: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process.

Our Return Policy

  • 15-day return window from the date of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use this template to ensure quick processing:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to:

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return until it reaches our warehouse.

Refund Processing

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Processing

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Footwear that shows signs of wear or has been used outdoors
  • Opened food or cooking items (from our Cooking & Eating category)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
  • Processing times may be slightly longer for international returns
